Shipping:
- All orders will ship from the U.S.
- This zine can ship anywhere the USPS can ship with the following exception:
- This zine will NOT ship to the U.K. due to the recent changes to applicable VAT laws.
- Further restrictions may apply depending on USPS-related suspensions. Please check with your local postal service for more information.
- Please note that orders to the EU may be subject to further VAT or import fees. You are responsible for any additional fees.
Returns/Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of preorders, all sales are FINAL and are not refundable nor returnable.
- If you wish to upgrade your bundle to a higher tier, please email the moderators at [email protected].
- Please note that once orders have been shipped, the Hisui Chronicles team cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please contact your local postal services to resolve any issues.
F.A.Q.
Q: When does the pre-order period end? Will there be other opportunities to purchase the zine?
A: Pre-orders will end on April 15, 2024. After this, our production period will begin. During the production period, only the digital bundle will still be available for sale. Once our production period is over and orders have been shipped, we will hold a leftover sales period to sell any remaining stock. However, please note that leftovers of items may be very limited in quantity! The leftovers period is the last opportunity to purchase this zine.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Orders made through the BigCartel are expected to begin shipping in August 2024. An address change form will be sent out prior to the beginning of the shipping period. More information regarding the production period will be made available on our Twitter following the close of preorders.
